American Indians Cooperative Paragraph

Geography determined how American Indians lived. The creative Great Plains Indians made movable shelters because buffalo traveled, and they depended on buffalo for food, tools, and shelter. The rich farmlands in the Eastern Woodlands allowed the Indians to grow enough crops to wisely trade with others. The talented Desert Southwest Indians created irrigation to water crops, and built their homes out of adobe because it was too dry. Pacific Northwest Indians that lived between Alaska and California were surrounded by oceans, rivers, and lakes, so their main food source was seafood.
